1. ELIGIBILITY 

This competition is open to New Zealand and Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 

No purchase is necessary to enter. 

Employees of Desolve Supply Co, Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter, as well as any associated partners or prize sponsors of the competition. 

2. COMPETITION PERIOD 

The competition runs from 10 December 2025 to 16 February 2026. 

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM NZDT on 16 February 2026 to be eligible. 

Winners will be announced on 24 February 2026. 

3. HOW TO ENTER 

To enter, submit your image using the online entry form on the Desolve website. 

All submissions must meet the following entry requirements: 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Must be original photography (taken by you, not AI-generated or stock). 
2. Photo must not feature any visible competitor apparel or branding. 
3. Desolve gear is encouraged but not mandatory. It will not improve chances of winning. 
4. Each entry must clearly select one of the three competition categories: 
5. Pro-Level Category 
6. Big Catch Category 
7. Sending It Category 
8. Image file must be high-resolution JPG or PNG, with no watermarks. 
9. Open to NZ and AU residents only. 
10. Multiple entries are allowed, but each photo must be submitted separately. 

By submitting an entry, you confirm that: 

1. The photo is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. 
2. You have the consent of any recognisable people in the photo to submit and share the image. 
3. You agree to the terms below regarding the use of your image. 

4. JUDGING & WINNER SELECTION 

Finalists and winners will be selected by Desolve’s internal team, with assistance from brand ambassadors @lennonbright and @bluewater_johnny. 

Entries will be judged based on: 

1. Creativity and originality 
2. Emotional or visual impact 
3. Technical quality 
4. How well the image reflects the chosen category

6. PHOTO USAGE & RIGHTS 

By entering, you grant Desolve (and its associated partners and sponsors) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: 

1. Social media posts and paid advertising 
2. Email newsletters 
3. Website features and articles 
4. Printed materials 

 You retain full ownership of your image and will be credited wherever reasonably possible. Desolve will not claim exclusive rights or resell your image. 

Photos may be resized or edited for layout purposes, but content will not be altered without permission. 

7. DISQUALIFICATION 

 Desolve reserves the right to disqualify any entry that: 

1.  Contains offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content 
2. Includes competitor branding or apparel 
3. Violates any of the above entry requirements  
4. Is found to be fraudulent, AI-generated, or stolen 

8. NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIM 

Winners will be contacted via the email provided upon entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement winner may be selected. 

Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide delivery details for prize fulfilment. 

9. GENERAL 

Desolve reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
